Astranniquin Corporation is a real estate company formerly known as WPR Realty & Management Corporation, incorporated on August 1985. The company is primarily engaged in building and selling of townhouses in Quezon City and leasing of properties in Magallanes, Dasmarinas, Ecology village in Makati City. Other project affiliations include Clark Manor Residential Estate, at Mabalacat City, Pampanga, South Springs Residential Estate, Althea Residences both at Binan, Laguna.

Its first project in Cavite, known as Brookstone Park , is a 26 hectare property located along Governor’s Drive at Trece Martires. This mid-cost development takes its name from, "Brook", a small stream which refers to the body of water that borders the property, "Stone" which conveys solidness and strength, "Park", the project's large green recreation area.
